Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
After work the "plan" was to run to Anytime and back, but I was tired and my calves were really trashed. So instead, I turned back at Greenway Bridge and just did a 5er before driving there. Felt just the slightest knee stuff in the last 2K, but it went away quickly and was gone when I ended.
I'm pretty pumped about this progression: my first full week without a set-back in a lonnnnng time.
