Meet Tom's group downtown and did 15 800 meter laps with a hill (were going to to 16 for 8 miles but he told us to cut one out...I guess we were doing well and he wanted us to save some for tomorrow.)  To be between 7:05 and 7:15 pace.  Most of our 800s were 3:32-3:33 with a few between 3:26-3:28.  The last one was to be fast.  Kyle and I went through in 3:00.  I felt very good and smooth.  Definately found a steady state cruise pace.  Fun!
