Comments:
cruised the 2 mile, felt good but had a stomach ache. got 3rd behind Ian and Noah. then did the mile and got 3rd, but then actually fourth when tim beat me from the slow heat. then did the 4x800 and went 2:02 and got 1st. tota of twenty points i contributed. I think we had about 140 points for the win
