Lennox up Fairmount to Delamere to North Park to Bellfield (alone), down Cedar to E9th to Superior to W25th to Lorain to Carnegie to E9th to Euclid back up to Lennox (with Ethan Teare)-

I decided I needed to have a snack before going to bed last night because 16 miles is one heck of a task to wake up to hungry and in the process limited myself to 5.5 hours and a somewhat cramped stomach. I felt better once we got going and made a bathroom stop at the Renaissance Hotel downtown. We spent the run to downtown discussing running and our seasons thus far. Ethan has to be pleased he raced yesterday of course and I'm a little concerned about the state of my running at the moment. I think I might be a little better than that time from yesterday but I need to have some fire about running and need to stay loose better. After downtown we talked about development in Cleveland, from the aquarium to the casino, to the Euclid Corridor, which by the way is looking better than better every time I run down it. My legs felt good enough while we ran but very sore afterward and I felt like I was walking to church in slow motion.
