Treadmill...

Comments:
Did 6 miles on the treadmill with 5 mins at 6:58-7:30 min pace then 6:31 pace for the rest of my run. I'm getting better at not knocking my ipod onto the ground while running on it anymore and it only happened once this time.
I then did 3x400 m 'strides' at 71, 74, 70.
