Comments:
Started off kinda fast without knowing I was going fast, so I slowed down intentionally bc I know my body needs an easy day. Left foot/forefoot hurting and left shin a little bit - maybe from running on too hard of surfaces lately or too fast, or just tying my shoes too tight. Going to ice a lot and go easy the next few days on trails before half marathon. Hopefully it's nothing.
