Comments:
Two sets - A 30 minute set -warm up 5 X 5 (run walk) and a 65 minute set 5X10. walk at 16:40 pace, run at 11:05 and 10:30 . pace was faster on second set. Set one is warm up. Pain for the first 5 minute run - hobble wobble holding and lifting on the rails. 2 Aleve. J brace. 2nd set was discomfort free and faster. #174
