Comments:
tempo on mlk. coach told us she wanted us to be real relaxed and really not to make this a hard day, so i let my my mind wander more than a normal workout day. warmed up 2 with all the people who were tempoing, and the started with brandon and mercer. brandon had stomach issues so it pretty quickly fell to just me and mercer. coach also said not to look at our watches, so i didnt look until we hit two miles. telling myself to just feel pout whatever pace, and force myself to accept whatever numbers we got. so me and mercer were just moving along at what felt good, and i glanced at my watch at 2 miles just to see what we were going and we went through at 12:00. it kind of caught be my surprise, because it really didnt feel that pace to me, but thats probably good. then went back to veale and did the 400's, they were all at like 74-75 pace. then cooled down a bit with peter on the track, with brandon a bit too, and then a bit by myself.
