Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
After biking and before stertcheding, went to jog on the track, since I have felt better today. It was the best day of running so far. not 100%, its still weak and achy, but that could be because of the not running. It wasnt tight or painful though. Im hoping im back to mileage in 3 weeks. A good sign.
Stretch static 2, roll, L7 hips, foot drills too.
I might try a little longer run this weekend (run down to veale or something)
pick 7 30 and 60 pushups.
