Have a cold but knocked it back for the day. Warmed up 2 to Northside and back. Then 6,6,5,4,4 with the last 200 faster. (77/34, 76/34, 57/34, 36/33, 37/33) Felt pretty good about how this went, even if it wasn't the fastest I've ever run. 2 miles cooldown on the track, then two more to Northside and back with CKells and David.
