Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
workout on mlk. 3 times 2000 tempo pace, with 2(ish) minutes rest. ran with wyatt, tim, aaron lin, and john frey. the best way to say how i felt was "bland". other than the start where john frey yelled "what the hell" i kind of just let things go in regular motion. ran the first one next to tim, fell off a few meters in the last 400 on the second, and then dropped quite a bit during the first 800 of last one, but bounced back after some finally waking up a bit, and closed in on tim and wyatt, but didnt catch them. then 6 times 1:00 hard with 1:00 rest where i just felt slow. it seemed hard to get into that quick pace again, and i just wish i could feel like i did during the workout on monday two weeks ago. did two miles cool down with wyatt, then another on the track partially by myself, partially with tim.
