Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
2 mile warm-up and then 4 x 2000 on MLK. I hit 6:25, 6:34, 6:40, 6:32. It was pretty tiring, on the way back I was into the wind too so that made it a bit tougher on the last two. Then, 1 minute x 6 pick ups. Back to veale and jogged on the track a bit. Then, the lift, stretching, rolling, essentials.

I felt dead, whew.
