Exercise Type: Bike

Nice day out, but up on the bike. I was into it today. Heated before and fell asleep, very nice... Went 15 warm up, 20 hard on a harder setting, and 15 cool down. Burned a lot of calories and got a good workout.
Rehab down stairs
Stretch, roll, L7, and ice before hitting up the scholar for some food, even though there was free food at Veale... WTF. Then stayed for a crazy evening of Swimming and Bball. Case sports was doing it big at Veale. Getting me real pumped up. I would never have expected that from us lol. Also, congrats for all the Greater cleveland/all city/ city championships competitiors. Do work!
Not all that sore today... See whats good with a quick run and lots of hw tomorrow lol
