Comments:
Full warmup loop then down to the end of the bike path on shit side and back. Threw in about a half mile pickup towards the end of the warmup loop then slowed it back down. Afterwards did31 seconds worth of hill sprinting, I believe I did 7 of them but I cant remember exactly.
