Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went down with the gang for their morning practice. I was just gonna run. Veale was super busy again with the Feburary frenzy of sporting events. Training room was empty, got a good heat some biofreeze and then hit the grass. Started out feeling it, but by the end, it wasnt that bad. Definietly wasnt worse that thursday. I think im in that stage were it needs some movement to get stronger. It feels like there is just a missing section of my back, the right is tight and full, but the left is kinda empty, and spazzy. this 2 miles wasnt all that bad. In the long run it has been getting better, but it is not good yet. Keep up with the plan
Went to do the upper 300, which didnt bother it at all. I wanted a little more intensity today. I miss the weight room. I thought I would be down there a lot this season getting strong... I hope I remember when I am at home and training how important it is to be down there doin work.
Back up to stretch roll L7 hips and abs and ice bag while the frisbee tournament moved in... Dang. Also stayed to watch some of the wrestling tournament.
