Fartlek: 25:00 total, even recovery, segments ranging :30 to 2:00, up North Park to Lee to South Park around upper lake to Lee to South Park back other side of lower lake

The Ibis
Coach gave those who didn't race yesterday a fartlek where we got to chose the length of each segment, so we traded off turns. I led a 1:00 segment early on and a 2:00 segment toward the end. I was having some trouble staying quite up with Chris, Dave, and Phil on some of the hard segments but never really got dropped too bad. My stomach wasn't feeling great because I made the stupid decision to eat too much before going to bed when I got hom last night. This was an okay workout but not a great one. I don't think this was intended to be especially difficult.
