I remembered this workout from last year although Coach bumped my pace up some from 86 pace to 85 pace (7:05 thru 2k). Hit 7:04, 7:03 with 300m jog recovery in between. Jogged 1200 meters and then did the 6x150 I remembered from last year. Coach was going to a set a pace for me but I like fast intervals so I did them with Peter. Hit 23, then 5 24's. A little faster than we were supposed to be going but it felt good. Warmup with Peter, CD with him and Paul Z.
