Comments:
Warmup to Northside and back with Peter. Went a bit longer than usual, picked up A-Lin and J-$$ on the way back. 4 x 400 at mile pace (3:00 recov)plus 4 x 100m starts (100m jog recovery). Ran a little behind Corey, Aaron and John on the 400's, which was significantly faster than I needed to be. I have to learn to run my own race. Mercer joined for the 100's and we practiced coming off the line although we were just a tad faster than race pace.

Splits: 400's: (72,71,69,70) 100's:(16,17,15,15)
