A very standard bike session. Went at a decent clip, no variation, trying to keep the HR at training. Felt pretty good, got bored in the middle, but then it was over, just like that...
Stretch roll L7 abs and hips while talking about Trans4mers, and getting yelled at by the softball coach... oops. Iced a little short at the end.
