Weather: sunny and 39 deg, a little windy

Comments:
This was an interesting workout in that it wasn't terribly hard, yet at the same time was tough, I was 1 sec over my mile splits for the 600's and 400's but was 1 sec under for my 200's...2 wu, 2x600, 400 jog, 2x400, 400 jog, 2x200, cd all with 200 in between each interval.
