Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
tempo-ish day. workouts are getting shorter as people get ready for conference, so today was just 6 times 2:00 with 1:00 rest at 3k-tempo pace. confusing concept to grasp i think, because its not really tempo pace, but tempo interval pace. anyway, ran with david, chris, wyatt and tim. the first 1 was definitely too quick, the second one was too, and i still probably could have slowed up the third, but on 4, 5, and 6 i decided to just let them go, and run my pace. and i still feel a little off of normal because of my debacle from the last few weeks. whatever. then back to the track for some 400's, which were to be paced at 3k type pace for the first 200, and a little faster the next part. just kind of ran these, wasn't really in a "kill the last 200 mode, not changing the pace too much for the last 200. then more cool down on the track. plus lifting and all that jazz. was a decent day,
