It took way, way longer to get ready to run this workout than it did to actually run it. I warmed up before the team meeting pretty far since I knew it was going to be a short day if I didn't. Everyone else decided to go early so I was stuck doing it alone, but this one might have been better to do alone anyway so I could hit my own paces with no one else to distract me from it. The short rest made it mildly challenging at points, but even with that it was one of the easiest workouts we've done. The 200s were sort of rough but over really quick. My stomach was upset for some reason today.

The next few weeks are going to be far, far rougher than anything I've experienced in quite a while with traveling every weekend except spring break between now and April 21st either to a track meet or college visit and trying to write and defend my thesis. I've had it far too easy for far too long and today starts the end of the that until the thesis is due on April 6.
