Just did an upper body lift since hips and hamstrings were still sore. Felt pretty good.
Incline DB Press: 5x5x40lb DB
Curl: 3x5x70lb bar
Skullcrusher: 3x5x40lb bar
Front DB Shoulder Raise: 1x10eachx 20lb DB
