Did the mile workout that conference people were doing with Peter and John Frey. 2x400, 2x200, 4x100. 2min rest between sets, 1 min between 4's, 30s between 2's and 15s rest between 1's. I like fast stuff as a rule but fast stuff with 15 seconds rest is really tough. Props to anyone who did the 3k/5k workout because that one was even harder.
