Comments:
ran warmup with peter, john and little joe. i wasn't really sure what i was doing. most people practiced earlier, and then emilie told me coach siad people who werent running conference didnt have to do the workout. so i got back from this warm up and decided to bike. it was too dark to go out running alone, and doing a tapered workout for no real reason didnt sound that great to me.
