Long Run

Weather: 70 beautiful- got a bit sunburned!

Comments:
The first 10 miles felt great. We started at Starbucks, ran eastwood to racine, then through campus, down wrighstville to arilie (all of that part felt great! pretty consistant 8:30's) then over the bride, around the loop and back up eastwood. This part I really struggled and dropped into the 9's, just felt like i didn't have any endurance and my legs were very tired.
