Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
No practice today, but a bunch of people were still up for a run. Met at same time. Milled around before but then headed out. Impromptu decision to head out on the downtown route. Went down Chester to E 66 then back with Brandon. We think it was about 4. Back was sore at first, but it started to loosen up, and near Rite aid, I honestly couldnt feel it. Very encouraging. This is right after Brandon and I chatted about staying dedicated and positive. Its something that you must do on your own, no one can teach it to you. It makes it that more powerful. Stomach was feeling a little iffy on the way back, probably because it isnt used to running like that.
Got back and went down to the weight room. More on that later.
Stretch roll L7 and a hand full of abs. Nothing too much. Iced nicely too. Back to back wasnt that bad on the back, back. Xtrain tomorrow, and it might be time to be getting back into it, back.
