Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Very quick swim, got there before the lifeguard. Felt kinda sick this morning, sore throat, upset stomach... Made me not that graceful while swimming. Kinda sluggish. Still got through 3 breaths though, barely.
Real quick stretch, but feeling pretty loose, back feeling good too. Realized I should kick my advil addiction, so that might be a factor soon...
