Comments:
Was gonna do a CFE swim WOD right after Sealfit but got in there and just wanted to swim :) So I said hey, I'll just do 800 and call it a night. Got to 500 and said let's make it 1000. Then looked at the clock and said hey let's just go for half an hour. In comparing time:distance, I decided to just go for a mile. Took me ~32 minutes, give or take.
