400s at pace

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
400s with 30 sec in between until I ran one slower than 72. Mine were all at 70-72, with one or two at 69. Felt pretty good, my calfs did start to tighten up and get fairly sore at the end, but overall this was quality. I did 16 and then stopped because baseball was beginning to hit but i think i could have done several more.

Back to Veale stretching, rolling, lifting, ice bath.
