Comments:
Ran to Norwood with Julia's W and E, Sammy and Anthony for a workout. Fartleked 8 times ranging from like 20 second sprits to 2-3 minute hard tempo like, then back to school. Didnt feel incredibly fast from on the mud, but definitely a nice first spring workout, last one especially felt good. Still need to be better about hills,still not very good at them. I like the changing of shoes for workouts until feet calm down! Not sure about time...
