Weather: Cool, dark and a little foggy - winter's coming!

Up for a jog before work. End of long-weekend which was immensely enjoyable! Pulled up well after my first Long Run on Sunday. I will make that an ongoing thing now. This morning I managed to put an extra 600 - 750 meters before my time was up. I've been looking into changing my training routine so that I include more speed-work and also some intervals. Hopefully these kinds of changes will enable me to a) finish 5k in a better time and b)begin to increase my distances to suit preparation for a 10K run sometime in the future. As a goal, I will look at reaching 10K within 12 weeks (the 1st week of June).
