3 up, 5:09, 5:08, 5:06, 5:04, 3 down.
Great workout! Was rainy, cold and windy, but still managed to put up solid times through out. Was supposed to do 5, Woods wanted us to do 3, so we compromise. Calves feel thrashed from doing a workout with spikes for the first time in a long time.
