Weather: Really nice but very windy

Comments:
Worked out on the outdoor track. WU two miles then 5x tempo 1000. Goal coming in was 3:38-3:45. Ran: 3:39, 3:37, 3:35, 3:31, 3:21. Felt very relaxed on all of them. Cooldown a mile to Veale and an extra mile on the indoor track with Peter. Happy with this workout.
