10 mile race, hilly course in Columbia, no flat sections at any point or distance
4 mile cooldown
55:17; could have gone faster but 45-75 seconds after the race I felt fully recovered. Limited by speed, base was there. Could have held that pace another 5 miles if necessary on that course. Pretty windy day
