Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
10 easy + 1 mile of sprint the straights and jog the turns on the track. Felt surprisingly good for a post work out day, think the couple down weeks definitely freshened up the legs a bit. Calves very tight, but didn't both me at all on the run.
