Comments:
All warm ups condensed, 1 mile for 4x8, 1 mile for mile, 800 for 4x4. 1 mile cool down for each event. Mile and 800. Felt amazing and matched my PR in the 800 and PRed by 13 seconds in the mile and broke 6!!!!!!! WHOOOHOOOOO!!!!!!!! Ate a Potbelly turkey sandwich before.
