Lennox up Shaker to Lander and back (alone)-

I made the decision as I exited the plane this afternoon to eat lunch and run later. I think it was generally a good decision since my ears were still popping six hours after I landed and by now I finally had some degree of will to run, whereas straight off the plane would have felt like a punishment. Unfortunately, I ate a little too much at lunch and my stomach was acting up, especially on the way out. On the way back my stomach seemed to feel a bit better and I managed to zone out nicely. It ended up being a really enjoyable run. I felt oddly tight in weird places, probably from traveling so much, and was really dehydrated for the first time this nascient spring.
