Comments:
Initially was supposed to go steady today but had a hunch that it would be something turnover, and wanted/needed something faster today so asked to do the workout today. 2 laps of stride the straightaways, jog the curves. 500, 300, recovery and 2x200. At first, figured I'd be way way back, but stayed in contact and ran with some which was actually a really nice surprise. 500 was odd and uncomfortabley long for a supposed sprint, 300 was tired after, and 200s more like glorified strides. 500-150, 300-68, 200s-42. I realize, slow times, but glad to have gotten the rust-busting turnover workout over. Hoping that theres gonna be some kind of 2 mile opportunity soon, even if its not a race. Daylight savings is great and all but I'm quite tired now. So nice out though! timing off
