Veale up North Park to Warrensville Center to South Park back (alone)-

I was originally planning to do the first workout today but I woke up to my knee hurting a lot on the front of the knee cap, so I decided to make today an easy run and save the workout for tomorrow if my knee will accept such a plan. I was also rather harried because printing my thesis proved to be a much more complicated ordeal than I had anticipated.

Once I started running my knee felt much better. This was one of those runs where I started out a complete mess and my issues sort of melted away as I ran. I also negative split by about three minutes. Unfortunately, the softball team was using the indoor track, so I decided to forego strides today and do them later in the week instead.

I see no reason why I shouldn't be able to do the tempo 2-milers tomorrow afternoon.
