Incredibly tight during the day and overall just sore so extended warmup and lots of stretching... 8x500 with 2:30 rest, just couldnt handle 2 today. Felt tight on the first one but loosened up after a couple, started getting hard from the third one or so. Forget splits, all between 1:20-1:23, and never came through slower than 66-67 and for the first two and last one came through in 65. Oxygen debt was crazy and overall just exhausted and dehydrated after so today was a very good effort.
