Fuck today. Dr Dave told me yesterday we were doing a couple 716's then a distance run. Instead, gene decides to do 3x800 meters..Come on. This probably wouldnt have sucked so bad had I not worked out my legs yesterday but whatever. 1st 2 were on the track and the next one was a loop around the top of the bowl and stuff. Bad day all around. Worked out my upper body today. My new trainers need to hurry the fuck up and get ehre already, my bones are starting to hurt from these old ones.
