Weather: sunny and 75 deg, with wind from the south

Comments:
Was really tired today, but hit my times, so I was happy about that! 2 wu, 1 mile of 30 on offs (5:48), 12x300 with 100 jog at first 4 at 5k pace, 4 at 3k pace, and last 4 faster than 3k pace (58's, 54's, 53's). Then a 2 mile cooldown.
