track workout in a crazy day

Early day, but we got to sleep in a little bit. It was hot and sunny out today... The track was smokin! Actually so many kids were there, all the way from middle school to professional. Also Justin Gaitlin showed up, signing autographs and stuff. Awesome! Lots of people got pictures and autographs. That was cool. Anyways we did our warm up around the rim again. Felt ok. We brought it back down and did some warm ups, trying to dodge people, then got into the workout.

Coach didnt want me to spike up or do hurdles. It is dissapointing, but it is all about patience, and I know that... Kinda made me mopey, but I was also tired.. so that played a part. Anyways the workout was 2 x 800 at tempo, then 3 x 1000 at race pace, then some 200s. times were

Decent workout. Feel like I am on the upswing, my derivative is positive. Ran with Paul Z for a lot of the workout. It was real hot and so crowded but we got it in. Back was ok, could feel it a tad bit... Its sore after chillin at disney all day! Did a little cool down at the track cause my legs were pretty tired.

Stretched and rolled and L7 while people worked on barriers. Tyson Gay showed up, did a few striders, then peased out like a boss. Dropped down for some pushups. Real tired at the end of the day... Also logged so late because we were at Disney, which was AMAZING. It was such an awesome day. Refer to Facebook pictures, since we took a ton. We were out so late, but it was magical. Memories were made. I cant believe that we topped yesterday in legitness.
