Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
2.5 mile warm-up, then 2 x 800 at tempo, 3 x 1000 at race pace, and 4 x 200 at 3K race oace. Felt pretty good with the exception of the last 1000 when I started to tighten up and feel kinda tired. Otherwise this was good....not to mention I got a picture with an olympian...kinda real cool.
Icing and Essentials.
Another beautiful day in the Florida sun. Back to the Villas and off to Disney!!
