Comments:
ran with the whole distance group which dwindled down for about 9 plus some striders. it was real good to get off the bus and stop for the night. we ran around the campus of some college i cant remember its name right now, and then did the striders on the infield of their track. i was kind of sluggish feeling, but i blame that mostly on the bus ride.
