first workout in florida! we got there around 3:30 so it was real hot out, and we checked out the facility of the national training center. it was pretty nice, but to be honest, being called the national training center a few things could have been nicer. oh well. great to have a place to do workouts like this. did 4 times tempo miles. they were okay, but the heat was killer and a little wind made it hard. also, trying to pace off of the group of chris david and ethan wasn't working very well, because they always went out way too fast. so after 2 i started with ben to try and hit my time better. plus 3 times 400 at 76ish pace.
