Long Run

Comments:
Tough morning- Fridays are always hard to squeeze in a long run after the weeks workouts, but I had to due to tennis/other weekend plans. The first 3 miles were tough to get into, but after that wasnt so bad. I ran the beach to shell island and then past the yacht club.
