Threshhold Workout

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: overcast but warm enough for shorts

Comments:
Around QV W/ KB and PB.

21' warm up (15' easy, 6' at steady state)
drills and strides
2 X 15' @ threshold with about 4' break
2 30 lunges with 4 strides.
19' cooldown

Felt great, like I hit the target heart rates. The second felt faster but my HR was a little lower. Maybe because I relaxed a bit.

Added 1 k in this to tally the strides and recovery jog between intervals.
