Such a happy day! races were incredible, so so inspired and excited. went on a 15 minute warmup jog in the morning to get warmer then went out again around 530 up macarthur to BK then back then more macarthur then home. feel good, back thing is pretty much gone. want to focus on a lot of core/back strengthening the next few days so nothing gets out of whack. also might have to stick with vomeros for the next few weeks until foot is compeltely normal/when i REALLY want to feel good in the pureflows. even though they feel slower/bulkier, better that than uber blistering. congrats to everyone, so excited for the rest of the season!
